[Listen411] Upgraded to Postgres 18 (from 15), Ubuntu 24.04 (from 22.04), and Python 3.14 (from 3.11)

We’ve finally taken the time to update the servers behind Listen411.com. As part of recent infrastructure improvements for Listen Notes projects, we’ve upgraded the following components for Listen411:

a) Postgres 18 (previously 15)

b) Ubuntu 24.04 (previously 22.04)

c) Python 3.14 (previously 3.11)

Keeping key infrastructure up to date helps us stay on top of security patches, performance gains, and bug fixes. It also sets us up for faster development in the future, since newer versions often unlock features that weren’t possible before.

Listen Notes, Inc. runs multiple products, each with its own production environment to ensure separation of concerns. This means an outage in one product won’t impact the others. We regularly perform infrastructure maintenance, similar to a routine vehicle checkup.
