[Listen Notes] Upgraded Django from 4.2.6 to 5.0.7 and Node.js from 16 to 22

We have recently completed upgrading two critical pieces of our infrastructure software, Django and Node.js, to their latest versions.

The backend of Listen Notes, including our website listennotes.com and PodcastAPI.com, is built with Django. Additionally, we have various devops tools written in Node.js. Keeping our infrastructure software up-to-date is crucial for maintaining security and accessing new features.
